What is BEACH GEAR INCLUDED?

VayK Gear has partnered with quality Vacation Rental Management Companies to provide an incredible added service to your upcoming vacation when you book a stay at a participating Beach Gear Included property. This exciting program gives you BEACH GEAR CREDIT that may be used to rent popular, top quality beach gear items like bikes, chairs & umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, corn hole, beach wagons, skim and boogie boards and more!

We deliver everything for you on the day you arrive and pick everything up on your departure day. Just leave your gear clean and where you found it and make sure it is out for us the night before departure.  We’ll take care of the rest.

What is the Discounted Beach Gear option offered with my stay?

VayK Gear has partnered with quality Vacation Rental Management Companies to provide an incredible added service to your upcoming vacation when you book a stay at a participating property. This exciting program gives you a great discount on all BEACH GEAR items you rent for your upcoming stay. Use this discount to rent popular, top quality beach gear items like bikes, chairs & umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, corn hole, beach wagons, skim and boogie boards and more!

Select the items you want at least 48 hours prior to your stay and we’ll deliver everything for you on the day you arrive and pick everything up on your departure day. Just leave your gear clean and where you found it the night before your departure, we’ll take care of the rest.

Ordering, Delivery & Pickup

How do I use my Beach Gear Included credit?

Check your email. You will receive an email from VayK Gear in advance of your stay with a custom link to use your Beach Gear Credit. If you haven’t ordered, we’ll send reminder emails as you get closer to your arrival date.

So you deliver the gear right to my rental property?

Not only do we deliver but we pick it up too! No more lugging bulky gear with you. We’ve got you covered!

Can I pick up my beach gear?

Why would you want to do that? We deliver everything! No pickups.

Do I need to be at the house for delivery and pickup?

Nope. We’ll drop your gear off and pick it up. You do not need to be present.

Do you rent kid trailers or baby carriers for your bikes?

We do not rent kid trailers and baby carriers at this time.

Can I get damage protection on my gear?

Yes! “Gear Damage Protection” is just 8.9% of your gear order and is automatically selected for you at checkout.

Do I need to put down a security deposit for the beach gear?

No, but we keep a credit card on file for any damaged or lost gear.

When can I place my order?

You can make your initial selections up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Gear is subject to availability and fees may apply, so we recommend ordering as soon as you receive your welcome email from us.

Your credit/discount expires at 4pm EST the day after your arrival date.

Can I order beach gear for delivery the next day?

All orders placed before 5pm EST will be delivered the next day. If you’re order is placed after 5pm EST your gear will be delivered the following day.

What if I need to change my beach gear selections?

No problem! You can make changes up to 24 hours after your arrival. Please note: Selection changes made up to 48 hours of arrival are free of charge. Selection changes made after 48 hours prior to arrival are subject to availability, a delivery fee and delivery will be made on the next scheduled delivery day.
