VayK Meals has partnered with quality Vacation Rental Management Companies to provide an incredible added service to your upcoming vacation when you book a stay at a participating property. This exciting program gives you MEAL CREDIT that may be used to purchase delicious home-cooked meals, delivered right to your fridge! Just select your meals and they’ll be ready for you when you arrive!

Ordering & Delivery

How do I use my Meals credit?

Check your email. You will receive an email from VayK Meals in advance of your stay with a custom link to use your Meal Credit.

So you deliver the meal items right to my rental property?

That’s exactly right! Your meals are delivered directly to your refrigerator by our dedicated delivery staff, ready for your arrival. Beneath a certain order threshold, a delivery fee will apply.

When will my meal items be delivered?

Meals are delivered the day of your arrival. Our first deliveries are made at 10AM, but deliveries are not guaranteed until 6PM. To ensure delivery by 4PM, please choose “guaranteed 4PM delivery” at checkout.

Can I pick up my meal items?

Why would you want to do that? We deliver everything! No pickups.

Do I need to be at the house for delivery?

Nope. We’ll drop your meals off in your fridge before arrival, so you don’t have to lift a finger. We’ll send you a text message when your meal items have been delivered. If you do happen to be at home, we’ll knock so there’s no intrusion.

How do I prepare my meals?

Each meal has unique but simple preparation instructions that are included inside the packaging. Open the meal box, familiarize yourself with the components, and follow the instructions. Most meals are pre-cooked, so prep is often as simple as heating in an oven.

How many people can each meal serve?

It varies slightly depending on the meal, but most include at least five servings.

When can I place my order?

You can make your initial selections up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check in date without incurring a late fee. Your credit/discount expires at 4PM ET the day after your scheduled check in date. Meals are subject to availability and delivery or late fees may apply, so we recommend ordering as soon as you receive your welcome email from us.

Can I order more meals during my stay?

Absolutely! If you place an order prior to arrival, you’ll receive more emails checking in throughout your stay. Those emails contain links where you can order more!

What if I want to change my meal selections?

No problem! You can change your initial meal order up to one day before your initial arrival. Please note that any changes will recalculate fees and costs. Subsequent orders cannot be edited after they are placed, as inventory restrictions require us to limit flexibility in the high season.
